You'll pay a monthly fee to join a small patient panel, ensuring personalized, unrushed care. We also bill your insurance for covered services like home and telehealth visits, as required.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. We bill insurance to maintain credentialing, allowing us to provide care in various settings, including nursing facilities.
Does Hahn Health have an office location?
We have a business office, but we specialize in house calls! Vanessa provides in-home care in Gilford and surrounding Lakes Region towns, eliminating travel and waiting room stress.
Is Hahn Health affiliated with local hospitals?
While not affiliated with a specific hospital, Vanessa collaborates with specialists at local hospitals. Lab and imaging orders are accepted at local facilities and labs like Quest and LabCorp.
Can I keep my specialists?
Yes! We value your existing medical team and work closely with specialists to ensure coordinated care.
Can Hahn Health manage my chronic conditions, acute visits, and medications?
Yes. Vanessa provides comprehensive care, including chronic condition management, acute visits, medication management, and preventive services. Please note that Hahn Health is not a pain clinic.
Is Hahn Health insured?
Yes, we are a PLLC and carry malpractice insurance, as required in New Hampshire.
Are there additional fees?
We do not charge extra fees. However, you may have copays or deductibles as determined by your insurance. Lab and imaging fees are billed separately by those facilities.
What are the monthly fees?
The monthly concierge fee ranges from $200-$350, paid quarterly. This fee is not covered by insurance.
